A: We utilize a collaborative approach acting as an extension of your company instead of an outsourced service.
A: As members of the ACA International we adhere to an industry recognized standard for collecting debt in an ethical and professional manner. All our collectors are ACA certified.
A: At Fortress we know that you have invested time and resources into building the customer relationship. We also understand that outstanding debt is not always generated by customer delinquency. Our objective is to assist you in retaining your investment in the client by providing them options to reduce their debt while in turn providing increased security in the collection of your receivables.
A: We operate on a percentage based structure. If we are not able to collect on your behalf you should not have to pay. By doing this we are incentivized to work as hard as possible to ensure that our relationship is mutually beneficial.
