FORTRESS is a member of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA), and follows the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which regulates all U.S. collections agencies. All of our agents are required to be certified as Professional Collection Specialists (PCS) and keep abreast of industry standards and training as offered by ACA.
